- Preheat oven to 350F
- Add all ingredients, but chocolate chips in the blender or food processor.
- Blend for 2 minutes, use a spatula to push al of the mixture to bottom, then blend for another 3 minute or until smooth.
- Take out the blade and add the chocolate chips. Stir by hand until blended.
- Put the batter into the silicone bread pan; you may add additional chocolate chips on top for decoration and extra sweetness.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes and serve!
