Vegan BBQ Sandwich

I love this very easy to make Vegan BBQ Sandwich using only 2 ingredients, soy curls and BBQ sauce. You can eat it plain, with sandwich buns or whole wheat toast. It is also oil free.

Equipment

  • 1 small mixing bowl
  • 1 small frying pan

Ingredients
  

  • 2 handfuls soy curls
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil free bbq sauce

Instructions
 

  • Put 2 handfuls of soy curls in a mixing bowl.
  • Add 1 cup of water and let sit for 10 minutes. Then drain excess water.
  • Preheat a frying pan.
  • Add the soy curls and BBQ sauce to frying pan and heat for approximately 5 minutes until soy curls are hot and BBQ sauce is caramelized.
