Vegan Power Oatmeal Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp. flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. organic cacao powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla oat milk or your favorite non-dairy milk

Method
 

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together
  2. Add water
  3. Cook in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds
  4. Mix well and add berries
  5. Add your favorite non-dairy milk

Notes

You can easily cook the oatmeal on the stove top. On busy days I prefer the microwave, so I don't have to clean up a pan and I can make my breakfast quickly.
