Method
- Mix all the dry ingredients together
- Add water
- Cook in microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds
- Mix well and add berries
- Add your favorite non-dairy milk
Notes
You can easily cook the oatmeal on the stove top. On busy days I prefer the microwave, so I don't have to clean up a pan and I can make my breakfast quickly.
If all these supplemental ingredients are too much in your oatmeal you can add them in your recipes for lunch or dinner - ie. tumeric, black cumin, ginger, etc.
